MY FIRST 89 NAMES OF BENEFICIARIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~~
This is the historic moment where i managed to secure some beneficiaries for project rice.
For the past 2 months, i have been calling different organisations, going down to these organisations, emailing them to get the contact list of needy families needed for our project
This project is targetted at distributing the rice collected to needy families.
It was so freaking hard to get.
The funniest person i spoke to was this town council hotline
"As long as you are not using the area for illegal gathering like demonstrating, then it's fine."
I chanced upon this award given to the most efficient RCs.
Indeed, i got a taste of what it was like to be working with one of those award recipients.
Efficiency was one thing; responsibility was really what distinguished them from the rest.
At the same time, i was quite disappointed with the way some large organisations were run.
It's not the problem of bureaucracy.
The person in charge isn't bothered to do beyond her scope of work, even if it were for altruistic purposes
And i really wonder how she managed to get to such a position.
I also have to grapple with the issue of one communications manager leaving the north zone committee.
So i have to do twice the workload.
A long road lies ahead still; I need 1000 beneficiaries! =(
